Prices The price payable is that displayed at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Shipping and Handling For buying on – line we aim to process and despatch your order (subject to stock) within 2 working days of receipt. Postage has a flat rate of £2.95 regardless of weight and all items for the UK are sent via Royal mail. We recommend that larger orders be sent by courier for insurance purposes in case of loss or damage. Although these are our target delivery times, under our mail order policy please allow 7 -10 days for delivery.

If an item is out of stock we will contact you and give you the option of cancelling that item or waiting a little longer for it to arrive.

Privacy Policy It is not our policy to ever share buyers’ information with third parties.

Returns Policy We, at innerpeaceshop.co.uk want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply contact us within 3 working days of receipt of order and return your goods within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money in full or offer an exchange – with no quibbles. This guarantee is in addition to your consumer statutory rights. To return an item simply email innerpeaceshop.co.uk to receive a Returns Number, which should be included along with your invoice and returned item. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we will be happy to refund all delivery charges incurred. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Refunds We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Sending Your ReturnTo return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send it to us. You need to include your packing slip if the return is due to an error on our part.

Ensure that your return goods are packaged safely since we are unable to offer refunds on returns that have been damaged in transit. We cannot accept liability for packages lost during transit and you are advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier since proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
